Talent Acquisition Intern
What You Will Do:
* Managing the hiring pipeline.
* Participating in the recruitment process, which involves screening and selecting ideal individuals for available positions.
* Supporting the background checking process and interview arrangements.
* Ensuring that the candidates have a good experience during the recruitment process.
What You Need to Have:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related field with no class to attend.
* Internship Experiences in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (preferred).
* Passionate about people, services, and administration.
* Organizational Skills and attention to detail required.
* Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written.
* Good team player, positive attitude, eager to learn.
* Full-time interns preferred (3 months).
* Preferably live in Jakarta Area and willing to work hybrid.
